In this video, I’m sharing the story of how I worked with my nutritionist to make some changes to my diet.  Just a few small actions — as little as 5 grams more or less of certain food groups — will add up to a big impact over time.

And you can think about any habit this way.  The key is small, consistent action taken over a period of time.  You’ll be amazed at the results!  What kind of daily habits do you use to have a healthy and creative day?
